EN Kung Food is the YouTube channel created by Alex Lee in order to show his style of cooking. Inspired by Japanese Chefs like Naomichi Yasuda, who applies teachings of Kyokushin Karate to his cooking style, Alex also decided to look at the culinary arts through the same scope. Kung Fu means relentless practice, to do your best, and always seek improvement in what you do; therefore Kung Food is Kung Fu applied to cooking. To cook is to work with your body. Your stance and gestures affect the end result of the dish. The kitchen is like a Dojo, a holy place of practice, and thats why the brand has Martial Arts Schools like as reference.

PT Kung Foo é o canal do YouTube criado por Alex Lee para mostrar seu estilo de culinária. Inspirado por chefs japoneses como Naomichi Yasuda, que aplica Karate Kyokushin ao seu estilo, Alex também decidiu olhar a gastronomia através das lentes das artes marciais. Kung Fu significa pratica incessante, fazer seu melhor e sempre procurar evolução no que se faz; portanto Kung Food é Kung Fu aplicado a cozinha. Cozinhar é trabalhar com o corpo. Sua postura e gestos afetam o resultado final do prato. A cozinha é como um Dojo, um lugar sagrado para praticar e por isso o logo tem como referencia escolas de artes marciais.
